Will the data be shared with any third parties?

Poppyseeds home Limited will not share or sell your data that has been collected through our website to any third parties. However,  during these unprecedented times with Covid-19, if requested by the NHS Test and Trace or local public health officials we may have to surrender your contact details to help contain clusters or outbreaks. 


Poppyseeds home Limited uses the PayPal platform and square payment platform to initiate and collect payments from you the website user to process your order of a product or service. 


Paypal states ‘We retain personal data in an identifiable format for the least amount of time necessary to fulfil our legal or regulatory obligations and for our business purposes only’. A copy of Paypals privacy policy can be accessed by visiting; https://www.paypal.com/uk/home

Poppyseeds home Limited will not store any payment details or personal data longer than it is necessary to process your payment of a product or service. Some personal data may be stored on paper (NO payment details are stored), in this case your data will be stored in a lockable cabinet. As we use a host to power our website, some data will be stored electronically and may be stored on a cloud based system which may be hosted in a different country.


Poppyseeds home Limited will not use your data to contact you about new products or services, unless you have given permission for us to do so. Consent can be given by you the website user, by subscribing for free through our website subscription page or clicking at the time of a purchase through our online shop. Once subscribed, we will only contact you either via email or post with details of our products, services and events. In exceptional circumstances we may have to contact you by phone to discuss an enquiry or purchase you have made.
